Council commissioned a consultant to prepare a report on the most appropriate zoning for the block of land – 34 Ritchie Road, Cobram.
The report is recommending council rezone the land from Farming Zone to Commercial 2 Zone and we want to know what you think.
This block of land is slowly being encroached upon by commercial and industrial properties and to facilitate the growing needs of the community we believe by rezoning the land, it will align with Cobram’s future planning.
