The Panel of Administrators welcomes invitations to community events. To submit an invitation for our Administrator/s to attend your event, please complete the form below at least six weeks in advance (where possible) and a Council Officer will be in contact with you.

Council is collecting the personal information in this form for administration of your invitation for Council's Administrator/s or Executive Leadership team to attend an event and/or directly related purpose. If you do not provide the information requested, Council may not be able to consider your invitation. Your personal information may be used to contact you about your information. Photographs and video footage may be taken by Council if in attendance at the event, and may be used to promote Council's involvement in the community, including being reproduced in a range of online and print formats, including but not limited to printed publications, posters, brochures, televisions, print advertising, online publications and on Council’s internet, intranet and social media. Council may also disclose your information if required or authorised by legislation. Requests for access and/or correction to your personal information should be made to Council’s Privacy Officer.
