If your event will attract more than 100 attendees, you’ll need to complete an Event Application Form. This ensures all necessary approvals, permits, and safety measures are in place well ahead of time.
To allow for proper planning and coordination, we ask that you contact Council at least 3 months before your proposed event date (longer for large scale events).

Note: Applying for an event does not give the Event Organiser immediate approval to market or advertise the event. Advertising can only commence following approval of the event from Council.
