The Moira Achiever Awards celebrate the outstanding achievements of individuals, groups, events and projects that make a positive difference in our community.

Award Categories:

• Star Achiever of the Year (Open age)

• Youngstar Achiever of the Year (Up to 16 years as of 28/02/2026)

• Shining Achiever of the Year (16 to 24 years as of 28/02/2026)

• Community Star Achiever of the Year (Most outstanding organisation or event during 2025/26)

• ACEStar Achiever of the Year (Most outstanding arts, cultural or environmental project during 2025/26)

Award nominations are open to all residents who reside in Moira Shire.

Our achievers will shine bright at an inclusive awards celebration hosted by Council for nominees and their guests in April.

Nominations for the 2025 Moira Achiever Awards closed earlier this year, and we were proud to honour the incredible individuals, groups, and organisations who go above and beyond for our community at a special celebration event in April.

This year, 25 outstanding nominees were recognised for their achievements and the positive impact they make across Moira Shire. It was a fantastic evening of celebration, gratitude, and community spirit.
