Nominations update

Nominations for the 2026 Moira Shire Australia Day Awards are now closed.

Nominations for the 2027 Australia Day Awards will reopen later this year. Community members will again be invited to nominate individuals, groups, projects or events that go above and beyond to support their local community and inspire community spirit.

Award announcements are made as part of local District Town Australia Day events.

 

Australia Day celebrations are supported by the National Australia Day Council in collaboration with the Australia Day National Network.
