Road Management Plan Review

Moira Shire Council is undertaking a review of its 2018 Road Management Plan in accordance with section 54 of the Road Management Act 2004 and the Road Management (General) Regulations.

The purpose of the review, consistent with the role, function and responsibilities of the Council as a road authority under the Act, is to ensure the standard in relation to the priorities to be given to the inspection, maintenance and repair of the roads and classes of roads that Council’s Road Management Plan applies are safe, efficient and appropriate for use by the community served by the Council. The review will apply to all of the roads and classes of roads to which the Road Management Plan applies.

A copy of the current Road Management Plan may be inspected at Moira Shire Council’s Service Centres, 44 Station Street Cobram or below:
