Council is collecting the information on this form so that it may consider your submission/objection in accordance with the process as set out in Planning and Environment Act 1987. Information provided by you will only be disclosed in accordance with these powers and functions.

*Please be aware that in accordance with Part 4, Section 57(5) of the Planning and Environment Act 1987 the Responsible Authority must make a copy of every objection (including personal information of the objector) available for public inspection free of charge until the end of the period for which an application may be made for review of a decision on an application.
