The Maternal and Child Health Sleep and Settling program is here to provide assistance with understanding infant and toddler sleep cues, settling techniques and establishing routines.

We can help you to recognise the importance of sleep for a child's long-term development and for the well-being of your family.
This program offers a combination of small group sessions and one on one consults targeted at all families with children aged from birth to school entry.

 Support is provided through:

  • Individual outreach consultations within the family home or
  • Small group information sessions held in your local area

Referrals can be made by:

  • Self
  • Health professionals and workers
  • Friends and family

For referrals please complete and return Referral Form(PDF, 83KB) to mch@moira.vic.gov.au or contact MCH on 03 5871 9275.
