Sleep and Settling
Moira Shire Council Maternal and Child Health Sleep and Settling Program provides extra support for families struggling to find sleep. Over time unsettled babies and rapidly developing toddlers having wakeful nights, can lead to exhaustion and frustration for parents, impacting family relationships and child development.
This program provides support and information to parents with babies and toddlers.
Support is provided through:
- Individual outreach consultations within the family home or
- Small group information sessions held on weekends or evenings (alternating between the towns of Cobram, Nathalia, Numurkah and Yarrawonga)
Referrals can be made by:
- Health professionals and workers
- Friends and family
To refer, please complete and return the Sleep and Settling Referral Form(PDF, 145KB) to firstname.lastname@example.org
