Sleep and Settling
The Maternal and Child Health Sleep and Settling program is here to provide assistance with understanding infant and toddler sleep cues, settling techniques and establishing routines.
We can help you to recognise the importance of sleep for a child's long-term development and for the wellbeing of your family.
This program offers a combination of small group sessions and one on one consults targeted at all families with children aged from birth to school entry.
Support is provided through:
- Individual outreach consultations within the family home or
- Small group information sessions held on weekends or evenings (alternating between the towns of Cobram, Nathalia, Numurkah and Yarrawonga)
Referrals can be made by:
- Health professionals and workers
- Friends and family
To refer, please complete and return the Sleep and Settling Referral Form(PDF, 145KB) to firstname.lastname@example.org
