Yarrawonga to Burramine Cycling Trail

Overview/History

The Yarrawonga to Burramine Cycling Walking Trail (CWT) provides locals and tourists alike a safe way to explore more of our beautiful shire taking you along the Murray finishing at the Historical Byramine Homestead.

This track will be the first Moira Shire contribution to the Murray River Adventure Trail.
This initial stage is a standalone project and is part of an aspirational goal to link Yarrawonga and Cobram (40kms) with riverside CWTs. The project aims to capitalise on Yarrawonga as an established tourism destination.
The trail includes two hospitality/tourism businesses operating along that stretch of road therefore offering destinations or points of interest along the route.

The trail will benefit the tourism businesses along the trail and in the townships through extending length of stay with the flow on boost to the economy and employment.
The route includes numerous existing links to the Murray River Park which enables you to design a route that suits you.
