As part of their Victorian Road Trip, the Top 5 MasterChef Australia contestants will embark on an adventure through the captivating cacti haven. This episode, airing on Network 10 this Wednesday, July 5, promises a tantalizing culinary challenge inspired by both cactus and Mexican cuisine.

The contestants will be up against the clock with just 60 minutes to create a delectable Mexican-inspired dish, competing for a coveted spot in an all-important immunity challenge. Later in the episode, the remaining cooks will go head-to-head in an advantage round, where they must showcase the true star of the desert, the cactus itself, through a dazzling dish.
