As part of the playground equipment renewal program, the Tweddle Park playground in Numurkah is set for an exciting upgrade, with works beginning 28 April 2025.

The playground on Tweddle Street will be closed for approximately four weeks to allow for:

  • Installation of brand-new playground equipment
  • Landscaping, including edging, tree planting, and garden beds
  • New park furniture

The installation will be carried out by Activity Playgrounds.

Updates

July 2025

The new playground at Tweddle Street Park in Numurkah is now complete and open to the public.

The upgraded area also features:

  • Rock and log edging

  • Granitic sand pathways

  • New garden beds and trees

  • Modern park furniture

This revitalised space offers a welcoming and enjoyable environment for the entire community. We invite you to visit and explore the new facilities.
