Join us for a free community workshop designed to help residents recognise, respond to, and refer people experiencing family violence. Delivered in partnership between Moira Shire and ARC Justice, this practical and informative session will empower community members with the knowledge and confidence to identify signs of family violence, have supportive conversations, and connect individuals with appropriate local support services. The workshop will explore what family violence is, recognising warning signs, responding to disclosures, understanding available legal protections, and accessing local and regional support agencies. By strengthening community awareness and referral pathways, we can work together to create safer, more supportive communities for everyone. Who should attend? Anyone in the community, including local business owners, service providers, volunteers, and residents who want to learn how they can play a role in supporting individuals and families affected by family violence.
