Lease and Licence Policy

The purpose of this Policy is to establish a clear and consistent framework for the leasing and licensing of Council owned or managed properties within the Shire, including Crown Land assets for which Council is the Committee of Management. The policy aims to ensure transparency, accountability and equitable access to land and buildings, while promoting the responsible use of public assets in a manner that aligns with Council objectives.
