TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURES – YARRAWONGA
Yarrawonga Boat Spectacular 2025
Friday 25th, Saturday 26th, Sunday 27th April 2025 with the following road closures from 6:00am – 6:00pm daily (all temporary fencing will remain in place for the duration of the event):
- Bank Street from Murphy Street Street to Woods Road;
- Ely Street from Hunt Street to Bank Street – Local residents only to enter via woods road;
- Hume Street to Haebich Drive
- Coghill Street from Hunt Street to Bank Street
– Local residents only;
- Hunt Street from Coghill Street to Woods Road
– Partial road closure one way traffic to enter from Woods Road; and
- Murphy Street from Hunt Street to Bank Street
– this will remain closed from 6am Friday 25th to Sunday 27th April 2025.
Please note Temporary Fencing will begin to be put in place from Tuesday morning – 22nd April and removed off site no later than Monday 28th April 2024. The foreshore which will remain open to the public until 5pm on Thursday night (24th April), event starts Friday – gates will be locked until Sunday evening – 27th April.
Please visit our website for full traffic management plan of the event. Council has approved this temporary road closure under Schedule 11, 10(1)(b) of the Local Government Act 1989. Please seek alternative routes during these times.
Persons under the age of 18 will not be permitted into the Yarrawonga Foreshore which is a designated temporary licensed premises for Friday 25th, Saturday 27th and Sunday 27th April, 2025, unless they are in the company of a parent, legal guardian or responsible adult.
