Temporary Road Closures – Lake Mulwala Rod Run 2026
The following roads will be closed on Saturday 7 November 2026 from 4:00pm to 10:00pm for the “Lake Mulwala Rod Run” event in Yarrawonga:
Roads affected by closures:
- Belmore Street, Yarrawonga between McNally Street and Witt Street
- Orr Street, Yarrawonga between Hume Street and Belmore Street
Traffic management will be in place.
We request that all vehicles parked in this area are removed by 4pm. Spectators must safely view from footpath areas.
Accessible parking:
- Hume Street (rear of Belmore Street – Public amenities (2 all-ability parking bays & all-ability facility)
- Hovell Street (Lake End) 75 car parking area (2 all-ability parking bays)
- Piper Street, (Corner Hume Street) (1 all-ability parking bay)
- McNally Street (Woolworths end) 33 car parking area (2 all-ability parking bays)
Council has approved these temporary road closure under Schedule 11, 10(1)(b) of the Local Government Act 1989. Please seek alternative routes during these times.
