Yarrawonga Multisports Stadium Fundraising Committee

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to be part of the Yarrawonga Multisports Stadium Fundraising Committee from August 2023 to August 2025.

 

Purpose
The Committee's mission is to support Moira Shire Council in planning, implementing, and coordinating all fundraising activities for the development of the Yarrawonga Multisports Stadium.

 

Objectives:
  • Develop a comprehensive fundraising strategy, including identifying potential donors, sponsors, and fundraising events/resources.
  • Secure donations from businesses and individuals to contribute to the Yarrawonga Multisports Stadium's development.
 
Composition and Proceedings
The Committee will consist of representatives from existing or potential user groups and community members interested in the stadium's development, alongside a liaison officer from Moira Shire Council.
 
Meetings
Bi-monthly meetings will be held to discuss fundraising strategies and progress. The Committee aims to operate on a consensus basis and value each member's input.

 

Term of Appointment
The term will commence on 1 August 2023 for two years or until the completion of the Yarrawonga Multisports Stadium Project.
 
Confidentiality
Committee members may occasionally handle confidential matters, and discretion is paramount.
