Thursday 5 November

Entrants only

Kick off the weekend early with a casual get-together for early arrivals at the Yarrawonga Hotel, Belmore Street from 6:00pm. A great chance to meet fellow enthusiasts before the main event.

Friday 6 November

Entrants only

• 11:00am — Lunch Cruise departing Lakeside Hotel. Cruise the beautiful twin townships of Yarrawonga and Mulwala (destination within 20km).
• 3:00pm – 8:00pm — Entrant Registrations open at Mulwala Ski Club, Melbourne Street, Mulwala.
• 4:00pm till late — Live Entertainment with Itchy Fingers performing on the Ski Club's Malibu Deck.
• 6:30pm – 7:30pm — Entrant's Sausage Sizzle including a complimentary drink voucher.
• 8:30pm — The Mulwala Ski Club's famous Laser Show presented over the lagoon. Not to be missed!

Saturday 7 November

Public Event

• 5:00pm – 10:00pm — Exclusive Entrant Cruising along Belmore Street between McNally Street and Witt Street roundabouts. Open to entrant vehicles only — come and watch the parade!

**Please note: Spectators must view from footpath areas. Vehicles in the cruising zone car parks must be moved by 4pm

Entrants only

• 9:00am – 11:00am — Entrant Registrations continue at Mulwala Ski Club.
• 10:30am — Observations Cruise / Poker Run departs from Mulwala Ski Club carpark — a scenic 76km cruise. Bring a pen!
• 1:00pm — Ladies Afternoon Tea served at Waterside, Mulwala Ski Club (pre-paid on registration).
• 6:00pm – 8:00pm — Two-Course Dinner at Yarrawonga Golf Club, 47 Golf Club Drive, Mulwala NSW (pre-booking required; drinks available at bar prices).
• 6:00pm – 10:00pm — Rock & Roll Music & Street Dancing out front of the Post Office, Belmore Street, featuring Itchy Fingers and DJ Donny G.

 

Sunday 8 November — Main Show Day

The big one! Head to JC Lowe Oval for the headline event of the weekend:

• (entrants only)7:00am – 9:00am — Entrant's Breakfast served.
• 9:00am — Repco Show & Shine opens to the public — come and admire some of the finest classic and custom vehicles around!
• All day — DJ Donny G & Itchy Fingers live entertainment, Traders' Market, food vendors, and amusement rides.
• 10:00am — Rock & Roll Fashion Parade.
• 10:15am — Rocker Cover Racing — a crowd favourite!
• 11:00am — SES Demonstration.
• 12:00pm — Presentations for the Observation Run and Kids' Colouring Competition.
• 12:15pm — Great Charity Auction.
• 1:30pm — Top 10 Presentations and grand finale.
