Revenue Collection and Financial Hardship Policy

Council is committed to ensuring all ratepayers as well as general debtors are treated respectfully and provided with a fair opportunity to pay their outstanding debts.

The objective of this policy is to ensure Council is meeting is compliance obligations in the collection of its revenue and ensuring we provide adequate flexibility to those members of the community experiencing hardship.
