Moira Shire Council invites experienced operators to be part of an exciting new chapter at the Yarrawonga Library, Events and Performance Precinct.
Council is seeking an experienced and passionate café or restaurant operator to run a café integrated with the new library, next to the Yarrawonga Shire Hall, in Belmore Street.
Moira Shire Council Chair Administrator Dr Graeme Emonson PSM said this was a unique opportunity to help activate the revitalised cultural hub.
“With the Shire Hall reopened for public use and the new library construction progressing well, we are now looking for an experienced commercial operator to run the new café,” Dr Emonson said.
“This is an exciting business opportunity to contribute to a vibrant community destination that honours the Shire Hall’s heritage while embracing its future through the new Library, Events and Performance Precinct.”
The café offers a prominent Belmore Street location with indoor and outdoor dining spaces, and an equipped kitchen.
The successful operator will help create a welcoming, high-quality café and/or restaurant environment that supports visitors, event attendees and the broader community.
