Holiday Hours and Office Closure 2025

Please find below our opening hours and service arrangements during this holiday season.

Our Service Centres in Cobram and Yarrawonga including the Call Centre will be closed from 1pm Wednesday 24 December 2025 until 9am Monday 5 January 2026.

For urgent assistance during the closure including any maintenance issues and animal control please call (03) 5871 9222 for our automated service.

Kerbside Waste Collection

To help with the extra waste generated over the festive season, we’re providing additional kerbside bin collections, along with a change to some collection days due to the Christmas public holiday.

All three bins - Organics (green lid), Recycling (yellow lid), and Landfill (red lid) – will be emptied on your regular collection day.

Christmas Day Thursday 25 December 2025
If your usual bin day is a Thursday, your three bins will be emptied on Friday 26 December 2025 instead.

Week commencing Monday 29 December 2025
All three bins - Organics (green lid), Recycling (yellow lid), and Landfill (red lid) – will be emptied on your regular collection day.

New Years Day Thursday 1 January 2026
If your usual bin day is a Thursday, your three bins will be emptied on Friday 2 January 2026 instead.

Glass bin (purple lid) collections are unchanged.

Resource Recovery Centres will have limited closures over Christmas and New Year.
