Waaia Public Toilet Redevelopment
The public toilet facilities at Waaia Recreation Reserve will be reconstructed and positioned closer to the netball/ tennis courts, allowing for future expansion (Stage 2) which will provide change amenities for netball and tennis.
The current toilet block is non-compliant and is located on the eastern side of the Waaia Recreation Reserve. The toilet block will be demolished and replaced with a modular toilet block, similar to the design of the recently installed Wunghnu toilet block.
Construction is planned to start in early 2024 and be delivered before the end of the financial year.
STAGE 1 (commencing early 2024)
