Street upgrade works started on 8 February 2021.

It includes a new shared footpath on the showground side of Dunlop Street as voted for by the majority of residents in the street.

There will also be drainage work and new kerb and channel included as well as raised pedestrian crossings at Gilmore and Coghill Streets.

This project is jointly funded by Council and the Australian Government's Local Roads and Community Infrastructure Program.
