Susea Spray: A Big Blue Boat

The Cobram Library will welcome children’s author Susea Spray on Thursday 15^th February at 10:30am to read her book A Big Blue Boat, talk about how she came to write it, and engage children and adults alike with songs and craft.

A Big Blue Boat is Susea’s first book, written for 4 – 8-year-olds. It is a fun, cumulative story about a boat, a girl, and the sea. It is different from most cumulative books in that it also tells a story. As the seas build, the boat and its Captain are introduced with the use of rhythm, rhyme, and repetition. A Big Blue Boat is the first in the series
