Strategic Panning Workshop for Sporting Clubs

This FREE workshop is provided by Council for Moira Shire clubs and will provide an opportunity for your club to think about its long-term future and begin taking steps toward achieving your goals.

Strategic planning is important for clubs to undertake so that decisions made now and in the future are well and truly considered, so by participating in this workshop and developing your plans further, you should gain an understanding of planning importance, and the steps you can take to develop your plan.

The workshop will be collaborative, so each of you will have a chance to offer your insights or ask questions as you see fit.
