Numurkah Flood Mitigation Project Community Drop-In Session 1

Moira Shire Council will soon commence the procurement process for Stage 1 of the flood mitigation works in Numurkah.

Join us for two drop-in sessions on Tuesday 16 July 2024, to discuss the design and implementation of Stage 1, which includes:

• Construction of the levee on the northern side of the Broken Creek from the GV Highway to Kinnairds Road.
• The levee will feature Earthen Embankments, Concrete Retaining Walls and Demountable Component.
• Changes to the Rose Gardens on either side of Melville Street.

Drop in anytime during these sessions to speak with council representatives.
