Where can I find help for TenderSearch?

New tenderers need to register as a new supplier.

Log in to TenderSearch. Select the help / FAQs tab at the top of the page for more information.

Can I lodge my tender via email?

Tenders cannot be lodged via email, fax or hard copy. They must be lodged via Tender Search in accordance with the conditions of tendering.

Do I need a supplier login to download tender documents?

Yes. You need to register as a new supplier.

Must I use the same login and password I used to download the documents to upload my tender?

Yes. If you don’t use the same login and password you will not be able to upload your tender.

What if I forget my password?

Login to Tender Search - select 'Forgotten your password' and follow the prompts to complete the forgotten password process.

Do I have to answer all the questions in the tender document?

The questions in the tender form and schedules are designed to ensure the best information is provided for the contract. Your responses are used in the tender evaluation. Failure to complete the information can result in your tender being marked as non-conforming.

Can I lobby Councillors regarding my tender?

Any tenderer who canvasses or contacts a Councillor about a tender will have their tender disqualified.

Is there a limit to the number and size of files comprising my tender submission?

No. There is no limit to the amount of documents or size of your files.

Will a late tender be accepted?

No. Tender Search locks on the tender closing time and you will not be able to upload a submission.

How long does it take to upload a tender?

The time it takes to upload a tender submission varies depending on your internet speed and the size of the documents. Always allow plenty of time to upload your tender submission documents.
