We are seeking Expressions of Interest to lease or buy the Yarrawonga Aerodrome LOT C of PS529138V, located 2.5km south east of Yarrawonga at 122-140 Cahills Road.
The aerodrome services Yarrawonga, a popular tourism and lifestyle destination with diverse agriculture and export industries and is home to aviation businesses and users.
The aerodrome includes a terminal building and toilets, runway, taxiway, plane parking area and other fixed infrastructure above and below ground. It occupies approximately 112 hectares of freehold council land that is zoned to protect its use for aviation.
