Proposed Road Renaming - Wyatt Road, Cobram

At its Ordinary Council Meeting held on 26 February 2020, Council adopted the interim name of “Bush Lane” for the north section of Wyatt Road off Pullar Road, Cobram. The road is physically divided into two sections; therefore renaming the north section of this road is necessary to avoid confusion and to reduce the risk to public safety.

Council seeks submissions in accordance with the Naming rules for places in Victoria.  A local resident proposed the interim name ‘Bush Lane’.

Any person wishing to make a submission on the proposed name should do so in writing. Submissions should be addressed to:

All submissions received by Friday 3 April 2020 will be considered. Submissions which include an alternative name must include background information about the alternative name.

Following consideration of any submissions received from the public, Council will formally name this road.
