Council is now landscaping the area above the new pipes to prevent them being damaged by vehicles parking or driving on top of them.
This project involves replacing the open storm water drain along Botts Road Yarrawonga from the Murray Valley Highway to approximatey 50 metres from Lake Mulwala.
This will also involve some levelling of the area between the fenceline and Botts Road.
A concrete shared pathway on the western side of Botts Road will be constructed as the next stage of works.
This project is funded by Council and the Australian Government's Local Roads and Community Infrastructure Grant Program.
