New Service
If you have built a new premises and require a garbage and recycling service for your property, you will be required to complete a request form at your nearest service centre and submit a copy of your Certificate of Occupancy.
Forms are available at:
- Main Administration Centre, 44 Station Street Cobram
- Service Centre, 100 Belmore Street Yarrawonga
- Tourist Information Centre, 99 Melville Street Numurkah; and
- Post Office, 22 Blake Street Nathalia.
Replacement for Damaged or Stolen Bin
Forms for replacement of damaged or stolen bins are available at your nearest service centre or agency and must be completed by the property owner or registered agent.
Replacement fees may apply and will be charged at the discretion of the waste contractor.

Additional Garbage or Recycling Service
Residents are entitled to more than one service at each property and additional charges for service will be included on your rates notice.
