Have Your Say - Cobram Caravan Park Site Development and Sale

Council is seeking feedback on its proposal to develop a 5 lot subdivision of the former Cobram Caravan Park – Cobram Swimming Pool site, Punt Rd Cobram (CA 6 Volume: 8508 Folio: 881 in the Parish of Cobram) with the intention of selling four of the lots. The Cobram Swimming Pool lot will remain in council ownership. This is a necessary statutory process before the council can decide whether it will offer the land for sale.

The sale process may involve public auction, tender, private treaty or other methods determined by the CEO and in accordance with the Local Government Act (Act). Full details of the proposal are available from council’s website, service centre and by phone and email .

This is not an expression of interest process on what the land may be used for however submitters may wish to outline an intended use for the land to assist council’s consideration of their submission. If council decides to sell the land a quite separate public EOI process will be conducted.
