As per the requirements of S.52 of the Planning & Environment Act (1987), the following planning permit application is currently on public notice (advertised) and available for viewing by the public. Advertised Material details what the applicant is applying for and often contains plans, reports and other materials.nga

Any person who may be affected by the application may object to the grant of a permit. If you wish to make an objection, you must do so in writing, stating the reasons for your objection, including how the proposal would affect you if a permit was granted. Your submission must also include your name and address, the planning permit application number and the address of the proposal.

To ensure your objection is noted as part of the process, send it to Council before the closing date listed on the advertising notice.
Please note that your objection, including your name and residential address, will become a public document for anyone to view. Objections are also provided to the applicant to enable them to assess whether any grounds of objection can be addressed.
