Building Services

Building Permit application forms and general information can be obtained at the Administration Centre in Cobram. Members of the Building Team are also available by appointment at the Yarrawonga Service Centre. Applicants are encouraged to discuss their building project with a member of Council's Building Team prior to submitting an application.

Permit fees increase in accordance with the type and value of the property being development. For a detailed estimate of fees, please contact the Building Department.
