Community Event of the Year

The Rotary Club of Cobram held its first swap meet in August 2007, attracting 47 stallholders and about 1100 people.

Feedback from the event was positive and a decision was made to make the event an annual project that would include the Show and Shine.

With limited numbers, the Rotary Club of Cobram enlisted the Cobram Kiwanis Club to run the Show and Shine at the 2008 event.

The fifth Swap Meet Show and Shine held in August 2011 attracted 290 stallholders, 190 vehicles entered the Show and Shine event and a crowd in excess of 3000 people attended.
