Building Maintenance

Moira Shire is responsible for a diverse range of buildings including public halls, preschools, maternal and child health, sports centres.

Many of the buildings are available for community use both during normal office hours and out of hours and each of the major towns has the facility for a public meeting or small gathering in comfortable surroundings. Cleaning of Council buildings is normally carried out by contract and building maintenance is arranged by a combination of Council staff and specialist contractors.
