Cemetery Trusts
Incorporated Cemetery Trusts are established under the Cemeteries and Crematoria Act 2003. The trusts are responsible for the administration and provision of funds for the future maintenance of the cemetery. Trust members are accountable to the Minister for Health for the governance of the cemetery trust - see list below for local cemetery trust contacts.
Requests relating to family research should be directed to the Trust Secretary.
